Supervise day-to-day operations of the Ninja Grocery application Monitor and evaluate delivery team performance and adherence to service standards Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service quality Prepare and submit periodic performance and operational reports Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets and KPIs Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
